Vendors and venuesA shortlist to ask for quotes; vendors quote on their own page and bookings are paid in milestones.
Tickets and passesFree and paid tickets, a pass with a QR code, and an 8-digit entry code by SMS for people without smartphones.
The doorStewards check people in with a phone camera, add who came with them, and add walk-ins.
Sponsors and pledgesPackages, sponsor codes and a printable sponsorship deck; pledge pages for family and friends.
Travel and stayAirlines, hotels and transport linked with the event's savings code.

Invitations

Invite your guests, and the people helping you plan.

Guests

Send invitations by email, WhatsApp or a link. Each guest says yes or no, how many are coming with them, and gets their pass. You see who has replied.

Helpers

Invite family, committee members, planners and vendors by name and email. They join a private planning room with the tasks, budget, programme and concept pictures, and you choose who can edit.

Your group

Churches, associations and other Membergate groups run their events from their own console, on Oxi Events. Members see their passes and coming events in theirs.

Calendars

Into everyone's calendar, and kept up to date.

Every event and every pass has a calendar entry (an .ics file) that opens in Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, with buttons to add it in one tap. Invitations carry it too. And your own calendar feed keeps every event you are going to or helping to plan in your calendar, updated when the date or place changes.

Shoppers on Oxi shops, shops on OxiSeller, farmers on OXiAgro, traders on Oxi Market and members on Membergate (also on their group's own website) are asked whether they need help planning an event, and go straight to Oxi Events with the account they already have.
