Agro
Contract farming. A buyer specifies the crop and how it must be grown, or a farmer offers a crop, and the contract runs from planting to delivery. Launching first.
Oxi Market
Oxi Market brings buyers and sellers together market by market: farm produce grown to order, car parts, general goods and online stores. Every trade is paid into escrow and released only when the agreed terms are met and the goods are delivered.
The markets
Contract farming. A buyer specifies the crop and how it must be grown, or a farmer offers a crop, and the contract runs from planting to delivery. Launching first.
Car parts trading. Dealers list parts identified by vehicle and part number, so buyers get the part that fits. Next to launch.
General goods trading between distributors, dealers and buyers, with stock and payments on one record. Follows Automarkets.
Online stores and their checkouts, paid into escrow and delivered by Oxi partners.
Sellers join free through Oxi Seller and get their own storefront on Oxi Shops. Their stock, prices and sales flow into Oxi Market.
Oxi Market Agro
A contract can start from either side. A buyer posts what they want grown, or a farmer posts what they will grow or have harvested. Either way, the listing becomes the contract.
The buyer sets the crop, quantity, grade, growing method (organic or approved inputs only), harvest and delivery terms. Or a farmer posts an offer.
Verified farmers in the region accept or propose changes. Both sides accept the contract with a one-time code, so the agreed terms are on the record.
Fields are checked by photo and satellite. Every input, treatment and visit is recorded as it happens and cannot be backdated.
Accredited laboratories test the crop and the relevant agencies certify the farm and the lot, before anything is shipped.
Road, cold-chain and air-cargo carriers move the lot on an electronic waybill, with every hand-over checked and logged.
The buyer's money is held in escrow and released in stages as each agreed milestone is met, with the final payment on delivery.
What the buyer controls
Crop templates for tomatoes, pineapple, pepper and other vegetables fill in sensible defaults, and the buyer changes what matters to them.
Optional managed services
With no services switched on, buyer and farmer contract directly and Oxi Market runs the record and the escrow. Each service a buyer activates, Oxi takes on as a party to the contract.
